At Isabella’s Cattery, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for every adoptive family. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our practices.
Adoption Fees: Adoption fees cover the cost of veterinary care, vaccinations, grooming, and the overall well-being of our Maine Coon kittens. These fees are non-refundable.
Reservation Fees: A reservation fee may be required to secure a specific kitten. This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another available kitten within a specified time frame.
Health Guarantee: We take pride in the health of our Maine Coon kittens. In the unfortunate event of a significant health issue discovered within 72 hours of adoption, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Cancellations: If, for any reason, you need to cancel your adoption before finalization, please contact us immediately. Cancellations within 14 days of the adoption date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable fees.
Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, please contact us through the provided channels on our Contact Us page. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Terms and Conditions:
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
